Quick parts outlook missing
WebNov 24, 2011 · To sum up: I have a user who is working on a Windows 7 x64 with Office 2010. When he creates Quick Parts (or Autotext) in Outlook 2010 it works temporarily, but as soon as he closes Outlook and starts it again, all of the saved Quick Parts are gone.
