WebJan 4, 2024 · Stayed at Blue Surf Sanctuary in Santa Theresa. Lots of new updates, renovations, etc. Cozy place with a short walk to the beach (2 minutes at a snails pace). The surfing instruction was awesome! Toro was a great teacher, able to break down surfing to its elements. I would highly recommend Toro if you’re in the market for a top notch instructor!
